1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Golden Bamboo Interiors website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Services Provided

Golden Bamboo Interiors provides interior design consultation and project management services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Interior design consultation
• Space planning and layout design
• Material and furniture selection
• Project management and coordination
• Custom furniture design and procurement

All services are subject to availability and require a signed agreement before commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Golden Bamboo Interiors, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements
• Make timely decisions as required for the progression of your project
• Provide access to the project site as needed for measurements, installations, and inspections
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Communicate any changes or concerns promptly

4. Payment Terms

All projects require a deposit before work commences. The standard payment schedule is as follows:

• 50% deposit upon signing the agreement
• 30% upon approval of design concepts
• 20% upon project completion

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, and materials created by Golden Bamboo Interiors remain the intellectual property of Golden Bamboo Interiors until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the designs for the specified project only.

Golden Bamboo Interiors retains the right to use completed project photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Golden Bamboo Interiors will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee completion dates due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to:

• Client decision delays
• Material availability and shipping delays
• Contractor scheduling
• Site access restrictions
• Force majeure events

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation within 7 days of agreement: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellation after design work has commenced but before concepts are presented: 50% of deposit refunded
• Cancellation after concepts have been presented: No refund of deposit

Once products have been ordered, cancellation may not be possible, and the client is responsible for payment of ordered items.

8. Limitation of Liability

Golden Bamboo Interiors' liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for those specific services. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

While we take care in selecting contractors and suppliers, we cannot be held responsible for their workmanship or conduct.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be submitted to mediation in Hong Kong before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to Terms

Golden Bamboo Interiors reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
